Talavera has an amazing maintenance crew! specifically Loki has done an outstanding job at keeping up with our maintenance requests in a timely and very friendly manner. Not to mention he’s been on it even with a broken arm and wrist!

The maintenance at this property really keep it clean. Especially The Dog park! I walk my dog around the property before going to the dog park and its always so clean and it never really has a foul smell. I saw the one maintenance guy cleaning the dog park with one arm and a whole cast on the other hand about a week ago! Determination, nice job fellas.

I had a really great experience with Loki, he came to replace our garbage disposal quickly after we requested, he was very helpful, kind and friendly. He was quick and efficient while replacing it, and i really appreciated that!

I’ve been Here For about almost 8 months now and the New maintenance team Khalif is truly exceptional every request I’ve made has been handled quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly, and it’s clear he take pride in his work I Appreciate That Also The Manager Mrs Revior And Staff I don’t know everyone name as of yet is equally amazing always approachable, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel at home. They communicate clearly, handle concerns with care, and create an environment where you feel valued, not just like another tenant Overall, my renting experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. The combination of attentive maintenance, supportive staff, and a well-kept property makes this a place I’m proud to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable living experience

I just resigned my lease for my 3rd year here. Reading the reviews is funny because none of my neighbors and I have any of those issues. My neighbors and I are always looking out for each other , making living at Talavera comfortable and safe and if you’re looking to live alone as a woman that is important! It is very safe here out of the 2 years I’ve been here nothing sketchy has happened & there’s never homeless people on the property. The front desk management is amazing and they want nothing what’s best for you. Theyre always positive & have good attitudes. The maintenance is amazing. Maintenance will usually come within 5 minutes of calling the office to report an issue. The new maintenance guys are really really sweet & they always know what their doing & what their talking about & they always inform on how they are fixing your issue every step of the way. I love Talavera it’s quiet and friendly you should check it out despite some bad reviews. I’ve never had a bug problem in my apartment ever I’ve probably had 1 bug last year😂and if you’re worried about that they have pest control that you can ask to come in once a week!! Also love that I have 2 big walk in closets in my 1b1b🫶🏼

I love how management, particularly Gabriel Morley, makes sure all my needs are met and works with me on any difficulties and / or issues I may have.
