I just moved in and I love these apartments, weekly pest control, super clean outside and inside. Lovely pool for the summer as well! Kilie was also such an amazing help!!

We just found Talavera by accident and figured it was such a blessing. The staff are spot on and so nice to us. I am comfortable that my 20 year old daughter lives here and more importantly safe. The neighbors are quiet and so sweet. Thank you Talavera. Justice is awesome as well as everyone else that works there. The maintenance staff are spectacular and quick to address anything that we need.

Jerry, the maintenance supervisor, rocks so hard! Anytime we need anything done, he is all over it. He keeps me informed of whatever the process may be. Very professional and is always super friendly. Not hard on the eyes either. Move to the Talavera to meet Jerry. Apartments are awesome too.

It has been almost 2 months living here and we have been super happy with the Talavera! Justise helped us move in and she was super kind and friendly. She really went above and beyond helping us get moved in especially with all the issues we were having with the previous complex. Super friendly. In fact all of the staff seems to be super friendly and maintenance is awesome. Any issues have been taken care of right away and they always answer the phone. It has been super refreshing to find a place that feels like home. The complex is beautiful and I love all the flowers/plants that they have all throughout. Definitely glad we found this place!!

Wonderful place to live! Great value. Management is friendly and always helpful. Matinance is always done within 24hous. Great to have a garage too.

I cannot tell you all enough how much I love living here. I've been here for almost 2 years and hoping to make it a 3rd! The complex is quiet, kept up and the maintenance folks are 5-star certified! I really mean that- super nice, quick to respond, attentive and do great work. The front office has gone through some changes quite a bit over the last 2 years and it keeps getting better and better. Pool space, garage (esp in this Phx heat) and washer/dryers in the units are a plus! My only advice is to watch for the extra fees/taxes on top of your base rent. You will end up paying another $150-$200. A handful of the fees are in your lease agreement and there is note of "other fees". I know taxes and fees sometimes can't be helped however, I cannot stress enough how great of a place this is. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great tour experience. Justice was able to answer all my questions. Complex is quiet and kept up.
